Not satisfied with your Klean Kanteen?
Did you purchase your product through this website and are you not completely satisfied? You can return it within 14 days. Within this period, you may choose between a refund or an exchange, as described in the general terms and conditions. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns can be sent to the following address:

Received the wrong product?
Did you receive the wrong item or is something missing from your order? Please contact us directly at service@kleankanteen.be, making sure to include your order number. We’ll send you the correct items as soon as possible and provide return instructions if needed.

My product became defective after use – is it covered by warranty?
Klean Kanteen makes products designed to last a lifetime. However, if your bottle no longer functions as it should, first check our Care & Use page for tips and maintenance instructions. If you can’t find a solution there, please reach out to us via the contact form.
