Food Solutions: family, community & sustainable agriculture
Our Klean Food Solutions are inspired by the stories of people who value the role of healthy food in their lives. Farmer Amanda Scott and her family run 63rd Street Farm in Boulder County, Colorado. We focus on sustainability and education, and like Farmer Amanda Scott, we pride ourselves on providing everyday solutions for healthy eating.
When we visited the farm to get a glimpse into the hard work and passion that goes into running a sustainable agricultural enterprise, the weather was typical early summer in Colorado. Bright blue skies with the occasional cloud hinting at an afternoon shower over the Rockies created a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day.
Filmmaker Jonathan Hiller joined us to capture a day in the life of Amanda, her family and the farm staff as they work hard, have fun and consistently enjoy making and eating healthy food.
"We are proud to provide everyday food solutions for our community."
- Amanda Scott
We left the 63rd Street farm with a heightened awareness of the circular nature of slow, sustainable food production. Amanda and her team put a tremendous amount of passion into the food they produce for them and their community. We’re excited to see how our new Food Solutions line plays a small part in this cycle.
