#BringYourOwn: Summer Chia Breakfast

This fun recipe is one of our favorites for the summer. It is full of fresh seasonal fruit, is easy to make and super tasty. Not to mention, it is a delicious way to start any warm summer day. Easy to take with you in your Klean Kanteen and therefore to eat everywhere.


Ingredients

  • 10-15 blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe peach
  • 2.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons granola of your choice
  • 235 ml coconut milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Dash of maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Step 1: The night before you want to eat this, combine cold coconut milk, vanilla, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon in a Klean Kanteen Canister. Whisk in the chia seeds and let sit in the fridge overnight to turn into chia pudding.

Step 2: The next morning, wash your peach and blueberries and cut the peach into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: Toss the blueberries and peach on top of the chia seed pudding and sprinkle with your favorite granola.

Step 4: Screw on the top of your Klean Kanteen can and take your delicious summer breakfast with you wherever you go.

Step 5: Enjoy!
