Measure, reduce, compensate…
Our impact? It has to be reduced. This is the basis of all decisions we make: from product design to logistics. This is certainly not the easiest way. But we do it because we believe that all companies should take responsibility.
We work with partners who guide us and set the bar high for us. In addition, we constantly challenge ourselves. Since 2022, we have been using certified recycled stainless steel. The result? 40% less greenhouse gas emissions.
Climate Neutral Certified
We believe that every company is responsible for the carbon emissions they emit. As a Climate Neutral Certified Brand, we measure our footprint annually.
We reduce our footprint as much as possible. And we compensate for the remaining emissions by purchasing certified offsets.
We have already donated more than €3.5 million.
We are a member of 1% for the Planet. We commit to donate 1% of our total turnover to organizations that are working hard to make our world a resilient and sustainable place.
Thanks to customers who purchase a Klean Klanteen drinking bottle, we have already been able to donate 3.5 million euros to organizations that work on these themes: plastic pollution, environmental management, nature conservation and safe consumer products.
