Tournée Minerale recipes!

Take up the challenge with us and don't drink alcohol for a month in February. This way you will experience what a month without it does to you. It is not so much a matter of denying yourself something: you mainly gain from it.

This year is already the seventh edition of Tournée Minerale and the number of participants is growing every year.

We've already collected some inspiration with delicious recipes and drinks that go perfectly together in our latest Rise Collection.

Strawberry Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a must-have during dinners with friends. But did you know that this dessert is just as delicious without alcohol? With this recipe from TV chef Carlo de Pascale, your dessert will get a summery touch.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 coffee spoons of sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g boudoir cookies
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 250 g strawberries, cut in half lengthwise

    Preparation method:

    • Separate the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls.
    • Beat the egg yolk with the sugar until frothy, add the mascarpone and mix gently until smooth. 
    • Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the mascarpone.
    • Quickly dip the cookies in the orange juice and place them on the bottom of the cake tin.
    • Cover with a thin layer of cheese, then a layer of biscuits and finally a layer of strawberries.
    • Repeat and finish with the strawberries. Let it set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

    Nojito

    A mojito without alcohol? That's a nojito, of course: a festive cocktail with

    a punchy name.

    A deliciously refreshing drink that you can appreciate even in the middle of winter!

    Ingredients for 1 person:

    • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
    • 12 cl sparkling water
    • 1 lime
    • Agave syrup (to taste)

    Preparation method:

    • Place the fresh mint leaves in 12 cl of sparkling water.
    • Add the juice of a lime to it
    • add some agave syrup, cane sugar or sweetener to taste.
    • Garnish your glass with a slice of lime and serve fresh.

    Choconuts

    A drink we at Elements are all crazy about! 😊

    Ingredients:

    • 600 ml semi-skimmed milk
    • 50 g coconut milk
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 2 level coffee spoons of cocoa powder
    • 2 teaspoons honey (add to taste)

    Preparation method:

    • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
    • mix until smooth and creamy.
    • Serve chilled.

    Tone

    The green wonder drink, always good and fresh!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cucumber
    • 100g chervil
    • 4 sprigs of parsley
    • 300g parsley
    • 1/2 lemon
    • a pinch of salt
    • pepper
    • ice cubes

    Preparation method:

    • Squeeze the lemon.
    • Place the other ingredients in a juicer.
    • Pour the obtained juice into a shaker with ice cubes, a pinch of salt and pepper, shake for a few seconds.

    Serve.
