A corporate culture full of collaboration

Did you know that 22% of Klean employees have been with the company for over 10 years and another 41% have been with the company for over 5 years? Those numbers make us happy! Our people are what drive us and we like to think of Klean as more of a family than anything else.

At Klean, we’ve built a culture that fosters trust, instills respect, and creates inspiration. To quote our co-owner/co-CEO Michelle Kalberer, “Caring for our people is as easy as breathing. It comes naturally because it comes from love.”

Some might think that love is a vague concept, that you can’t take it seriously at work. But love is a fundamental human experience and it’s crazy to think that it shouldn’t be part of our working lives. This doesn’t mean we have a hug thing every day. It means we have ethics and values, where we treat each other with respect. We can have a heated argument one minute and laugh together the next.

People first

We are committed to caring for our diverse, global team. We strive to inspire everyone our business touches to be healthy, happy and focused on continually growing and improving in ways bigger than themselves.

A culture of collaboration

Every employee at Klean, regardless of role or tenure, is encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and evolve.

While we have job titles, managers, VPs, and reviews like any other organization, we view Klean as more of a family than anything else. This ethos starts with our brother and sister co-owners, Michelle Kalberer and Jeff Cresswell.
