General terms and conditions Klean Kanteen Gives Back

1. This campaign is only accessible to non-profit associations or a recognized foundation.
2. Every organization that submits a project proposal is scanned for compatibility with the 4 themes that Klean Kanteen works on. We reserve the right to withhold organizations that are not active on one of the four themes from the vote.
3. We will only use your data in the context of this campaign, it will NOT be used for promotional purposes and/or passed on to third parties.
4. Environmental organisations that submit a project proposal agree to their project being disseminated through our media channels. This will always be within a non-commercial context within the framework of the Give Back campaign.
5. The selected organizations must become members of the 1% for the Planet network for free and through a simple application in order to receive the support.
6. The support will be transferred in the first quarter of the following year.
7. This campaign is specifically meant to reach local organizations that are otherwise not on our radar. It is a one-time donation and does not imply long-term cooperation. However, we are open to discussing such an evolution.
